Simple way to make the best banana smoothie I've ever tasted.
What you'll need:
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
A sprinkle of LSA mix (about a teaspoon)
1 tablespoon natural yoghurt (optional)
How to make it: Put the banana, milk, honey and yoghurt in to a blender then sprinkle the LSA mix on top (this is really good at filling you up and making the smoothie slightly thicker). Then just blend the ingredients together until everything is smooth. Finally, put some smoothie in to a glass and enjoy!
