How do you stop something that you have become so used to? Or how do you break free of a continuous pattern in your life that is all you have ever known?
Sometimes it is so scary to come to a realisation that you always knew was there but was just too scared to admit, or that you just ignored by filling the gap with something else. I hate feeling weak and having to face things I am not ready for but sometimes it's just a matter or manning up and tackling things face on. My name is Emma, and I have a committment problem.
