Just thought I'd share a really simple recipe today. My best friend actually got me hooked on sweet potatoes while I was over in Australia and this recipe is so easy to follow and makes such a good snack, not to mention that it's healthy too. Not much has happened this weekend apart from some exercise and chilling. I am off to the mountains on tuesday for a school trip for one night so tonight is about getting all the stuff I'm taking with me together and finishing off some last bits of homework before the weekend has ended.
